Synthetic Green Thumb

I would definitely recommend this company! Everything from start to finish went smoothly. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. The synthetic grass was installed on time. The installation crew was very courteous and clean. When they left, I had a beautiful front yard that is envied by my neighbors! The price was reasonable and the service was great!

We had a very positive experience with the people at Synthetic Green Thumb. They listened to what we wanted done in our backyard. They were very responsive to emails and phone calls. They had a much better price for the quality of synthetic grass they provided. Other companies were more expensive and harder to work with for the same quality product. They were able to provide estimates quick and they always provided you with updated quotes in email so you had all of the pricing right away. The crew that installed the grass did an amazing job. They didn't rush through it. They put time and effort into making it perfect. They asked our opinions and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. Unlike other crews that have worked in our backyard, they were clean. They didn't trash the place and leave. They did an excellent job on the travertine border around the grass. They lined everything up to blend in with our existing pool travertine decking. Everything is level and even. They leave you with the extra grass from your order rather than taking it away so down the road you have extra pieces if needed. We have 2 small dogs and they love it. No problems with drainage or the grass smelling. It has fine blades so it doesn't poke your feet when you walk on it barefoot. Overall very happy with everything.

I am writing this review to say I am disappointed with this company. I have a no soliciting sign on my door. THAT MEANS NO ADVERTISEMENTS.

I received a business card from them along with a piece of fake grass.

This company did not respect my sign.

I work at home and I witnessed the gentleman leave the item at my door. I opened it and said no thank you take your items. He continued to walk away.

How rude.

They violated the law by leaving their business card and the fake grass at my door.

I am now going to go on every website I can and state what happened.

Amazing Job! - Torrey and his team are the hardest working guys I've seen and did an amazing job on my backyard. Definitely exceeded all my expectations. The entire process was very professional starting with the initial consultation with Chad all the way through to completing the job with Torrey and team. The guys transformed my entire backyard from dirt to a large 8 hole putting green on one side, additional synthetic turf on the other side and 10 tons of rock in a few days! The photos were recently uploaded here on [redacted] - Look for the 5 images that show the putting green (look for the small flags).

I would recommend Synthetic Green Thumb to anyone - Don't even bother looking around, these guys are the best, honest and most reputable company you can ask for.
