Review: [redacted] of Synthetic Landscape America installed artifical turf at ourresidence. We were told it has a 10 yr. warranty and the color does not fade. We paid him $7,735.00 for 1,190 SF Forget GrassTM La Jolla Elite Synthetic Turf @ $6.50/SF, December 29, 2011 check #1885. We cannot contact him at eith of the 3 phone numbers he gave us, and we find his CA Contractors License #[redacted] has expired and his business is not Revdex.com accredited. He gave us 3 phone numbers, neither works. They are;866-908-8873 constant busy, operators can't get through858 688 6622 Home recording says wrong number760 471 9304 and 760 471 9302 recording says phones disconnectedThe invoice given us listed SYNTHETIC LANDSCAPE AMERICA FORGET GRASS.COMwith address 199 S. Twin Oaks Valley Rd., San Marcos, CA 92078 phone #866 908-TURF, which does not work, we can't make contact on this line because it is constantly busy all day and night. The issue is we have burned spots in areas of our grass where the fibers have melted down and is hard, plus color fading. We like our grass and we trusted Henry Sosa. WE WANT HIM TO CONTACT US, COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM.WE ARE DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WE HAVE TRIED AND CANNOT REACH HIM, ALL WE WANT IS FOR HIM TO COME BACK AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM WE WERE PROMISED HAD A 10 YEAR WARRANTY. PLUS,WE WANT A WORKABLE CONTACT WAY OF REACHING HIM IF SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENS.Again, we selected [redacted] because we believed in him and trusted hewould do the right thing, my husband is 85 and I am 75 yrs old and cannotafford to buy artificial turf again. Other turf companies say they won'ttouch our problem and that we must return to the company we bought it from.We are not asking for anything unreasonable, only what we paid for.
