We have spoken with our office team and to the customer directly to correct the issue we had There was a miscommunication between our roll off department and our residential department This customer, [redacted] , would have been both to our office During the internal review, this error was due to the fact Renee, who handles residential sales & service, was working only part-time due to a head injuryAt the time she and I knew we had a customer issue due to receipt of your letter, the customer had just spoken with Renee to make the final payment due and did not inform her she was experiencing an issue Our owner then called the customer and discussed what had happened The customer was satisfied and as token of our regret for their dissatisfaction, a gift card was sent to the new address in Cairo Additionally, I sought a letter from our collections agency to verify the customer’s credit record was not impacted It was received yesterday in writing and is attached You may share this with the customer if you are able to reach them.Nicole RW***Controller
