I hired this company to install new gutters on my houseThe original work was done on May 6th of this year A couple of weeks later after we had gotten some rain I called the owner of the company to ask him to come back and repair a corner of the gutters that were not working properly The gutters were leaking causing soil erosion near the foundation of the house I had to call the owner times and threaten to report him to the Revdex.com before he returned my call He then said he'd be at our house within the next weeks to repair the work He never came and I called him once more to remind him He has not returned my call and the repair has not been made

Improperly installed gutters on new house The gutters were installed over the drip edge, which is against his installation proposal There are also several leaks that need to be repaired Asked owner of the company to come out and diagnose/fix the issue He called back to say that he will be available within the next few days The following week I sent him a text message to remind him of the issue and he said he would come by the next day The following day no one showed upHe keeps promising to come out, but never shows up

Gutters were installed on house incorrectlyGutters were installed over top of drip edge which resulted in rain not going into gutterInstallers did not install screws also downspouts elbows were wrong color I did try to contact the owner of the company he finally my call with a text message after a couple of days said he would resolve the problem When I did finally get a hold of him he said he would come out July to resolve the problem He never showed up or contacted me I paid $cash for gutters he does not want to properly install
