[redacted] recieved your letter regarding the complaint you recievedI, [redacted] did recieve the complaint via phone and spoke to the client's motherHere at [redacted] we do not offer ANY services that are valued at $It is not possible in any way that she was quoted a price we do not offerOur Price list is posted in the Salon in various places and every brouchure states each service's as a "starting at" priceAgain, $is not anywhre on the price listShe was advised by the receptionist to ask the stylist doing the service how much the service would be during consultationThe service she recieved was a long process that required different color applications and took hoursShe had every opporunity to ask the stylist the "quoted" price before starting the serviceAt no time did the accussor appeal the price of the service at the time of CheckoutShe informed us she loved the color and also Jet us take a photo for our Facebook PageWhen I spoke to her on the phone she immediately, before I knew the issue, threatened my business and informed me she was going to "File a complaint to ruin my name"After discussing the issue, I explained she had every opporunity to ask the stylist the priceI also asked if she was looking for a refund of overcharged price and she replied that She did NOT want a refund, She wanted to file a complaint with the Revdex.com [redacted] also offered her next services "free of Charge" and she replied " She had to do what she had to do" I apologized, she then hung up on me and it was left at that
