Syscare 24/7

Review: Syscare247 called me and said I had many errors and warnings on my computer and said that my computer was going to crash if I did not take care of the problems immediately. So I allowed them to enter my computer and fix the problems. I currently have another service called Connecttech with ATT that takes care of my problems, but I got scared and gave them permission to take care of the problems. They charged me $149.00 to do so. The next day, they called and told me that hackers were trying to get into my bank account. They showed me on the screen some numbers and said it was a totally different issue saying that it would cost $99.00 to fix. I said okay and allowed them access into my computer, again. They told me not to contact any other service and that they would take care of my computer for the life of the computer. I fell for it all! I should have called Connecttech right away, but I was afraid that my computer was being compromised, and let Syscare247 take care of it all. I do not know how they got my telephone number or how they achieved access to my computer, but it seems so wrong, now.Desired Settlement: I want a refund to my credit card and hope that they will not do this to other unsuspecting computer users. I do not feel that they are running a reputable business, and hope that the Revdex.com can resolve this case as well as any other persons they have done the same thing with. I want a stop put on Syscare247 for lying to me, and other unsuspecting computer users, about computer crashes and hackers on their computers. They should not be allowed to stay in business, nor, be allowed to call people out of the blue and tell them the same lies they told to me.
