Louisville's, since April Like many service industries such as that *** and *** Is In, in the Commercial Cleaning Industry, where the average life of an account Is eleven (11) months, to have a long standing customer with the stature as *** and *** for Just over six (6) years, is an Incredible honor
Even more significant, the *** and *** account, was serviced by the same SystemFranchise Owner, for this entire six (6) year period of timeThis fact supports the strong service quality and loyalty that the SystemFranchise Owner responsible for the *** and *** account, has for their customer's,
Naturally, Systemis sorry to have lost the ability to continue to provide the cleaning services to *** and ***
As a courtesy to *** and ***, Systemwill gladly refund the $monthly service rate previously paidA check in said amount will be sent forthwith.-
With respect to the return of *** and ***'s key, the SystemFranchise Owner mailed the keyDue to the Franchise Owners day-time work obligations, they were unable to return the key personally as preferredIt is our understanding, that the envelope containing the key arrived at *** and ***'s offices, however, the key had fallen out of the envelope due to a hole in the envelopeSystem4's Commercial General Liability insurance, covers lost key's, to which end a claim was not made at the time the empty envelope arrived at the *** and *** office, or to date
