Review: I bought a charger for my computer from this company, the item that was described as the right charger for my computer didn't work. I contacted seller to return item and seller stated that I could return the item and they will refund the purchase and well as the shipping up to $6. . Company refund the money for the charger but now is refusing to refund the $5.80 that I paid to return package to them. I have the emails to confirm this.Desired Settlement: I need a refund for the amount of $5.80 used to ship item back to seller.

Awful company. Rude customer support and repeatedly sends defective parts.

I provided a tracking number to the seller and received a refund for the purchase price only after filing a claim with ebay. The seller promised in writing to reimburse me for the return shipping cost and after several messages to the seller, I have not received a response or reimbursement of the return shipping cost. I have a copy of the messages between the seller and myself where they indicate they will reimburse me. The return shipping cost is $5.60 and I full expect to be reimbursed.Desired Settlement: A refund of $5.60

Review: I bought a laptop charger on e-bay from this company but it lasted only about 2 weeks. I contacted the company and was told I had to pay to send it back and that when the item was returned I would get a refund for shipping if returned within 30 days. I sent it out the next day (at which point I had it for about 17 days). I received the replacement charger a week later but NOT the refund. when I contacted the company to find out where the refund was they told me that they will NOT refund the shipping cost. they told me word for word "We reimburse return S&H cost if returned within 30 days only and if defective or not as described. According to our return policy, buyer should return the item first."Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $10 now since they have put me through so much stress. I have medical conditions that require me to keep my stress levels down and they refuse to do what they promised.

Review: Business sent a counterfeit computer component. I wouldn't really care about receiving a counterfeit product, except that the item did not work. SIB tried telling me that I just needed to take the part out and put it back in again until it started working. As ridiculous as their suggestion was, I tried and the component still did not work. SIB is refusing to refund my purchase and wants me to pay for shipping and handling.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and a shipping label to send the item back to them for disposal.

The business is refusing to cover shipping expenses for returning the counterfeit and nonworking computer part I purchased. While I did agree to the terms and conditions, I did not agree to receive a fake and nonworking part. I would like a return label send to me in order to return the part and a full refund.
