Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Good Morning,No where in the copy of the Retail installment does it state that there will be a $daily interest charge on the actual principle, if nonpayment occurs I called in January of to request them to come pick up the Kia Spectra and nobody showed up to pick up the vehicleThe Kia Spectra has a tracking device installed in which the Loan Company can come repossess the vehicle at anytime for default of payment-which they failed to doThey harassed my neighbors, family members, work looking for the vehicle in which they can use the tracking device to findThey blantantly told them that they are looking for my vehicle to repossess which is confidential information Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I did receive my money back after having my bank stop paymentI should not have had to do that, but I appreciate SST for waiving any fees, which I feel they should haveI also received a call from them asking me to give them a call to discussI do plan to call them back, I was waiting for a response back from The Revdex.com before returning their callI appreciate Revdex.com looking into this and helping me resolve this issueHopefully in discussion with SST I can get them to realize the importance of customer service and work on bettering themselves in that area also their process for returning a customers money when SST is at fault Regards, [redacted] ***

to request them to come pick up the Kia Spectra and nobody showed up to pick up the vehicle. The 2009 Kia Spectra has a tracking device installed in which the Loan Company can come repossess the vehicle at anytime for default of payment-which they failed to do. They harassed my neighbors, family members, work looking for the vehicle in which they can use the tracking device to find. They blantantly told them that they are looking for my vehicle to repossess which is confidential information.
