I purchased Yoga Burn In January and did not select the monthly subscriptionIn February I was charged again and sent more DVDs that I didn’t authorizeI called to cancel and get money back but had to ship product back first to cancel and get refund! Shipped the product back via USPS and waiting for weeksThen looked at my credit card statement and sure enough I got charged againI called clickbank again and then that CSR canceled my subscription and refunded the charge for FebruaryThen told me I had to wait for the March shipment and return it until I could get the refund! I did not authorize these monthly charges and requested to speak with a managerShe WOULD NOT transfer to me! This company is awful and they do not help with anythingThey lie and say they will do one thing and do another

On June 6th, I ordered the digital and DVD copies of Yoga burnI have tried them for days without satisfaction so on July 10th, I submitted an email to do a returnI did not get a response, so on July 12th, I submitted another email as well as attempted to contact on the 18*** numberNor email response and the number just directs you to email customer serviceI would like to return the product before the 60daya is upI paid through PayPal so I also submitted and email to the processorI received and unable to send email back
