Claim to fix faulty firewall problems. They claim to be the company that now handles tech support for both Microsoft and Apple. They claim that they can extend your Apple care contract. To do this, they need your debit card and check routing number. They also need remote access to your computer. I called Apple, and they said that all of these claims are false and that they are scammers. Unfortunately (and stupidly!), I fell for all parts of the scam. I immediately froze my debit card, credit cards, and bank accounts. They have all been repaired but it took me a week to get everything settled. There may be a related company called Best Deals out of Beijing, who also charged one of my credit cards. These guys are scammers as well. They lost no time in making a charge against my [redacted] Credit card. The first company had the nerve to call me tonight. I told them I knew they were scammers and they would hear about it. systeyesupport and there base was in Rockville, MD but their tech support was in India. I dealt with an India guy named "Jack Miller".
