Review: On July [redacted], I had purchased a full version license upon installing a demo version that worked. The software recovers data from corrupted files. The data was recovered in the demo version, and forces the user to purchase the full version license (3.5). When doing so, and after installing the full version, and when trying to open the corrupt word file, it just shuts down when clicking on the next button to preview the text. The functionality of the full version license that was purchased does not work. I had contacted online tech support, who had asked if that was the issue, as if they already knew.

They provided me support and asked me to install a lesser version (3.0) they provided to see if that would resolve the issue. It did not work. This was within 2 hours after my purchase online. I contacted their sales support twice via email and phone, requesting a complete refund based on their refund policy that is written on their website.

According to their refund policy online, the following need to apply for a refund:

If the Client was able to perform the operation as stated with demo version but the functionality was not there in the Full Version.

If the SysTools Support Team fails to help the client in resolving the issue. [redacted] I received an email this morning, that my failure to open the corrupt file in the full version doesn't warrant a full refund. Because if it opens in the demo version, it should open in the full version. Apparently, they are fully aware it may not, and it fully states it on their website that if the functionality was not there in the full version, and if they failed to resolve my issue, I would be given a full refund. This complaint has been made within one week of purchase.Desired Settlement: I am wanting a complete refund back to our Corporate credit card.

Review: Ordered software from company. The software didn't perform guaranteed performance, didn't work at all. Their technical support was horrible, wasted numerous hours with them. They didn't respond to problem until I threatened to file a report with the Revdex.com, after that they sent newer versions of their software that still wouldn't work and after numerous attempts by their technical support to fix the issue (remote desktop sessions) they refuse to refund the purchase amount.Desired Settlement: Refund purchase amount.

Review: Company offers a 30 day money back guarantee, but when contacted about this, they would not follow through on this. The response from the company was that they needed to work with us on the issue to solve the problems with the product. I worked with a technician 3 times and they were not able to solve the problems of speed or garbage that was extracted from the software.I requested each time I worked with a tech to have the refund processed, and never heard about getting the refund.Before purchase I talked with their live support and the information on the speed of the software they quoted was no where near the actual speed of the software.Desired Settlement: Refund of our purchase price.

Being a network administrator, I have a heap of Exchange OST files that I need to go through now and then. Looking for such a smart solution that would flash the OST email data was quite tough. One of my colleague suggested to go for SysTools OST Recovery tool. I was very much impressed by the software. In addition to this, the expert customer service made my task too easy.

DO NOT - I repeat DO NOT purchase from these scam artists. The trial worked on a couple items so I purchased the Exchange recovery for $299.00. When it recovered the file it was all jumbled. The fields were mapped incorrectly and it made the data basically unusable. When I asked for the refund they PROMISE on their site they denied it. I filed a complaint with [redacted], but they do not offer returns on digital content. I have no recourse except to share my experience to this point.
As I researched this more and more I found dozens of reviews similar to the one I am writing. I hope you were smarter than I was and you are reading this review BEFORE wasting your mony on these scam artists.

I am [redacted] from Mexico. Recently I am on my visit to Indian office and while working in office, my hard drive was not showing one of my crucial partition having important files. I handed over my machine to office technician and to my glory, he was able to recover my complete data. On my further inquiry, he revealed that he used SysTools Data recovery tool to recover my lost data. I highly recommend SysTools and when I visited SysTools website I am able to see many useful utilities. Good collection of worthy tools.
