I purchased this product on 3/8. I had to contact support when I tried the second email, on 3/12, because it wouldn't work. They made me activate another license. I had to do this several times. In the end, I was only able to get 2 emails backed up, yet they made me activate 5 licenses to do so. I finally asked for a refund on Tues, 3/24, when yet another activated license didn't work. They refused and sent me a support agent. I asked again for a refund, and the L2 agent refused and told me to just "use the product on another machine". I don't have another machine. I asked again for a refund. Was then told to contact sales. I emailed sales on 3/26 and have yet to hear back from them. Today, on 4/2, I contacted support again asking for my refund. They are refusing to refund the full product. This has been an absolute nightmare. I believe this company is fraudulent.

I purchased SysTools MBOX Converter. As per the SysTools website “Thunderbird to PST Converter tool is designed to export emails from Mozilla Thunderbird to Outlook.” After I converted to PST, I tried to follow the instructions to get the emails into Outlook but was unable to do so. I started an on-line chat to find how to do it. I was told that I have Outlook App and not Outlook Client – Outlook Client is required for this. This tool does not do what I need or what it was designed to do. (See above reference from the website.)

Their software does not perform as they say it should. I have downloaded other free software that shows my files to be recovered, but I went with this service because it was about half the price of most recovery software. I spoke with customer service to troubleshoot, and they left my problem unresolved. I emailed sales requesting a refund for faulty service, but they stated I fall out of their refund policy which basically states it isn’t their fault if it doesn’t work, you don’t get your money

I purchased software to recover deleted files. SysTools Pen Drive Recovery. The software does not work. The files it recovered would not open, and the ones that do where not the files. They were other files from the drive not the files that were deleted. I contacted customer service and was told I would have to purchase additional software. I asked for a refund and I get a different email each time saying to try something different just to get the same results...Nothing! I tried to leave a review on there site and it won't let you post negative reviews.

The software did not work as advertised. After nearly 12 hours of trying to get ahold of them, I finally got someone and they said they would fix it in a couple hours. I waited nearly 24 hours before I went a different route because I needed to fix my issue ASAP and their software did not work when I needed. Finally 4 days later someone called me and offered to fix their software but I explained over and over again I do not need their software anymore. I needed it working when I bought it to resolve my issue, Fixing it now is useless as I have resolved my issue going a different route without their broken software. I want a refund and they will not honor their refund policy. They just keep giving me the run around!

Purchased software called "OLM Contacts Migrator - Personal License" on Jan 17, 2018. for $74.69 I immediately discovered that the software did not work, exhibiting several defects. The user interface does not work correctly, and the program did not convert the data file. In fact, it did nothing. In essence, this is not working software. I spent over an hour on text messaging with the technician who was unable to offer an effective solution. I asked for a refund and the company kept saying "send us the data file and we'll do something manually." I explained that the data file is confidential and this is not possible. I explained that I paid for working software and that the software does not work. I have called them on several occasions, always getting someone in India and they always say the same thing "Someone in account management will refund you tomorrow. Don't worry." They keep saying "don;t worry" over and over again. After 3 days now, I have never heard back from them, did not received the email they promised to send confirming the refund. I have since purchased software from another company at a lower cost that worked perfectly.

We have refunded the amount on 15 Feb 2018. The customer was notified.

I purchased the Systools software after watching a video they posted showing it working quickly and efficiently, and after seeing a 30-day money-back guarantee notice and a Revdex.com membership notice on their site. They also said they had 24-hour support. I was on a deadline to convert files and I needed software to do so.

Their software did not work after more than 4 hours of trying. I reached out to their technical support at night via their web site and got the message that there was no one available. I then filled out a web form but got no response. After a day, I had to buy someone else's software, that DID work.

I then contacted Systools within the 30 days to ask for a refund. They AGREED that their software was at fault and offered a NEW VERSION that they claimed would work. But I just wanted my money back, which they REFUSED.

I don't think a company that operates this way SHOULD HAVE A Revdex.com LOGO ON THEIR WEBSITE.
I would like your help in getting my promised refund and taking the Revdex.com logo OFF their website.

I need a program to fix my database, I found systools, before purchasing it, I asked tech support if it does not work is there a full refund, I was told to run the trail ver, if it tells you its repairable and fails to do so, yes 100 %. well its is what happen t failed to repair I database, then I was told I have to have 1 remote support tech look at the file to see if they can fix it, he was not able to repair it, then I was told before refunding the money, I need to copy your file and send it to our support team to repair it, a few days later rec'd an email, it was damaged and could not repair. again I asked for a full refund, heard nothing for days, sent a few emails .oh I was told I could get another program from the company but not a full refund, before I told them I was filing with B.B.B.
then I receive a email the refund has been credited, not true, I was told to wait 2 hrs for the credit, then 2 days, then 12 hours.

Let me clear two points that your refund was not fall under our policy where my level one already specified that before proceed for the full version please try our demo tool. If demo tool will display the data then only full version will recover.

Here in your demo version also not displaying the data because of higher corruption but still we request file to recover on raw level (here also zero data).

Second condition of the refund is " if any competitor is able to recover the data and SysTools is not then we can give the full refund".

But we keep all things side and to maintain the good business relationship we planned to process the refund.

As per my discussion with recovery lab. your file got highly corrupted (all the page structure and data structure got corrupt) so we unable to recover it but if you have backup file of the SQL server then we can try to recover the unstructured file.

As per our policy if the demo version is able to preview the data then only we can recover it but you are my valuable customer so we will give you the offer to swap the license with our other tool like SQL Backup recovery or SQL Log Analyzer (many more products we have www.systoolsgroup.com).
