We originally came out March 4th Our plumber rodded from the inside clean out to the mainThe plumber got the
sewer open with a 2" blade, since the 4" blade wouldn't go through(the roots were bad)Our plumber stated that it needs to be rodded again within the next months after treating daily with 1/cup of copper sulphateThe second time we came out was on April 29th Our plumber stated that the customer was suppose to get something to soften the roots since it was very bad, but she didn'tHe had an extremely tough time getting the cable out from the inside clean out to the mainHis cable kept getting stuck because of the rootsCo,but was able to pop it openMs*** didn't call back to have us come out againIf she was having trouble our rodding expert would have came back out for herOur office is open from AM- PM, our after hours department takes our messages for emergenciesWe would have been more than glad to televise her main line to show her how bad the roots wereWe apologize for the head aches Ms*** went through with her main line and her credit cardWhen we do a service we accept cash, credit cards, and checksMs*** gave us a credit card and our financial department ran it in a timely matterIf Ms*** was having financial difficulties at the time, we would have been more than reasonable and worked out a financial planWe understand times are tough and some of our customers have trouble with their financial responsibilitiesAt Szabo's Rooterman Plumbing, our customers satisfaction matter to us
