My home was built without any air duct systems in the second floor. City of [redacted] passed the home through new home inspection. Builder is not helping me resolve because I am outside my 1 year warrenty. Do not consider Faganel builders without additional inspection services hired to ensure quality work. My experience in resolving is negative and my home is not energy efficient or even built to code.
