Szeremi Sweeping Service

Review: The City of Antioch underwent a road slurry seal project the beginning of JUN2014. Part of the prep work required a joint bid contract with Szeremi Sweeping Service and CPM. While Szeremi was hard at work buzzing up and down my street, one of the sweeping trucks felt my driveway was a good turn around point for him to do just that and turn around. The first time was bold, the second time was a little arrogant, but the third time, well the third time he crashed into my Truck. My truck was parked in my driveway. This company damaged my rear bumper, broke my irrigation sprinklers, tore up my lawn, and had the audacity to continue on like nothing ever happened. In fact he drove by at least 2 more times as I tried flagging him down. I contacted my City Manager, as well as the project engineer, and further filled out a claim form for my insurance and American Pavement Maintenance Company, along with 2 estimates, pictures, and a very helpful attitude. The seem to want to just "sweep" this under the rug.Desired Settlement: I would like the damage to my 05 Dodge rear bumper fixed. I have already fixed the lawn and sprinklers, I am not interested in money, I would just like Szeremi to do the right thing and fix what they damaged.
