Customer placed the order on and it was delivered on via [redacted] tracking # [redacted] Customer used our return label and shipped the item back to us on stating a diamond was missingWe fixed/replaced the stone and sent back the bridal set at no additional cost to the customer (shipped via USPS with signature service tracking # [redacted] ) The repaired item was delivered on October **, We were not contacted by the customer until January ***, over months later stating that the band was missing from the shipment they received on October *** Our records show both items being shipped back and also find it surprising that the customer did not realize half of the set was missing until over months later We offered the customer a cost price on the band In order to rectify this we have more recently also offered a FREE band in order to resolve in full We are waiting to hear from the customer as to how they would like to proceed

Upon reviewing the businesses response, I had the ring reviewed by two independent jewelers who assure me that the ring is gold despite its appearance and it is the metals that the gold is blended with that is causing the tarnishing. The correspondence they claimed to have offered me is not trueI don't know where they have that documented, because the emails I have never offered a $discounted fee, as they claim. I eventually gave in so as to have my ring returned to me, and I paid the full amount, which they happily accepted (and I mention - when I called to pay, no one mentioned a "discounted" rate. I still maintain they have horrible customer service, and have done nothing to address the rude manor in which they treated meI am appalled that they can lie to the Revdex.com close a caseHowever, you can mark this as resolved because I no longer wish to deal with this company. They did not stand behind their product, which was of poor quality, and I recommend no one else risk one of their most precious possessions (a wedding ring) by doing business with this company
