On August 15, 2013 consumer took van to have front and rear a/c repaired. T & C repaired front a/c only but did not repair the rear a/c. Estimate given by T & C was for repair of both a/c's was $375.00 plus tax. In the process of repairing the a/c's, T&C ripped the back door panel
