I filed a previous complaint regarding this company, because I was getting calls 5 times or more a day. The calls are still continuing of 5 times a day, even when I over heard that the rep was being told about the first complaint. This is going to be the last complaint that I am making, my next...

thing will be suing the company for harassment charges.DONT WANT ANY FURTHER CONTACT FROM BUSINESS OR ITS AFFILIATES.

Review: Purchased a [redacted] Vacuum last September from the dealer [redacted] in Monrovia, MD which the regional office in [redacted], PA provides the vacuum and accessories for purchase to the authorized dealer of [redacted]. I have yet to receive the free fragrance six-pack for setting up in-home demos within 48 hours along with a free rainmate for setting up a in home demo and a free shampooer for setting up 2 additional in-home demos within a week. I have yet to receive any of these items. I have continuously called [redacted] in [redacted] and left numerous messages. No return phone calls. Then I find out that [redacted] went out of business and no one ever notified me of this in case I have issues or problems. I have made a complaint to the regional office who was the authorized dealer of [redacted] in [redacted] and have heard nothing. [redacted], the registered general distributor for the regional office, Total Air Cleaning, never even registered my [redacted] vacuum cleaner in case I have any issues or problems. How nice is that? This distributor totally screwed us over and I am furious for the amount of money we paid and got nothing in return. I have all the receipts if you need them.Desired Settlement: The desired settlement I would like to have is that my vacuum be registered properly like it should have been and I want the free products entitled to me which are the fragrance six-pack, the shampooer and the rainmate.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] sweeper on 1/4/14. I returned the machine 1/25/14. It took until 2/24/14 to get my initial deposit refund and I was in contact with several different people on when I would receive that check. After receiving that check, they then took the "monthly payment" which is collected by an outside source, out of my checking account on 2/24/14. I contacted T.A.C. once again, and spoke with a manager, of whom I had previously spoke to about the initial return, and he told me that it was my responsibility to contact the outside source to tell them I had returned the machine. I have since contacted the outside source, and will receive my money which will take up to 30 days. They explained to me that T.A.C. should have contacted them that the machine was returned and they should no longer take payment.Desired Settlement: I am just dissatisfied because the initial refund took 30 days. I think they should mail me a check ASAP, and they themselves wait the 30 days for the check from the outside source, of whom they should have been in contact with initially.
