We have recently spoke to our customer *** ***. We have come to an agreed settlement for the inconvenience to Ms***. Everything was explained to *** over the phone last week regarding her unhappiness with our services. She was informed that her delivery was right on schedule, *** had kept her informed and responded to all of *** emails the same day as receiving them. It is noted on the Order of Service that all customers receive, that if the delivery address is given at a later date, that is when the delivery time spread (2-weeks) will begin. *** had signed the Order of Service that had all of the appropriate details listed. We were not informed of any stairs at the delivery location until our driver arrived to *** residence. The actual contract is brought to the customer at the time of pickup. If we had known that the actual customer was not present and did not receive the copy from whoever was at the residence, *** could have emailed a copy of the contract to the customer, as she does with all customers that are not present. *** took time out on the weekends, from home, to apologize and respond to *** emails to ensure that *** stayed inform at all times. We take pride in our services and customer service. Unfortunately some customers overlook the details of the agreements, do not fully read emails or there is simply miscommunication. Either way, we always want to make sure that at the end of the process all of our customers are happy. Thankfully we came to a reasonable settlement that our customer is satisfied with and *** *** would like to remove the complaint

Their offer of $is very low because the piano is ruined of value and the premise that I should wrap my piano seems unreasonableHow would a consumer wrap a piano? Or if I had done any wrapping, I'm sure that they wouldn't claim responsibility because I'd wrapped itThey are a moving company, I naively assumed they would pack it to survive a move undamaged
For my experience, they have been unprofessional and irresponsible and I hope that would that they could offer me more satisfactionFor the last five months, they ignored my requests for a settlement
What steps would you recommend?
