I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my 89 year old mother. Her name is [redacted]In May of this year because of the confusion and lack of organization with the work the Student Painters were trying to perform, the company was called while the workers on the site and they agreed to break the contract. The person in charge was [redacted]. Through postings on a Facebook related site he said to me she would receive a refund for the $160.00 deposit.He has never contacted my mother by telephone to tell her this. We are still waiting. This was posted by [redacted] on June 14, 2013 at 9:03 PM :[redacted], Student Painters called me today and left me a message as I was on my way back into the state in regards to confirming the refund. It appears as though there was a miscommunication between corporate and I. I am sorry that your mother had to wait this long for her refund.
