Mr [redacted] submitted an application to lease an apartment and his application was approved He failed to sign the lease and move in We received a total of $from him As stated on the back of the application (copy attached), the application fee ($50.), the application deposit ($50.) and the administrative fee ($50.) is not refundable if the application is approved and/or the applicant fails to move in We did not receive the pro-rated rent from him, as he stated in this complaint He was supposed to pay the pro-rated rent when he came in to sign his lease as he stated in the attached email
Mr*** signed a lease agreement and renewal lease that clearly state that a written sixty day notice is required See paragraph #of the TAA Lease Contract He stated he gave verbal notice, which is not sufficient and does not meet his obligations of the lease contractHe provided
written notice on December 28, and must pay rent through February 28, to fulfill his lease obligations He has not paid any February funds at this time.With regard to lack of response from upper management, I personally attempted to call him four different times at the number that was left with our corporate office The number had a recorded error message on it all four times There was not a different number on file I will be more than happy to speak with Mr*** if he will call our corporate office again and leave a viable number.Please contact me directly at *** should you have any further questions or require more information. My initial response was simply a statement of the facts with regard to Mr*** notice issue As stated in my previous response, I would be more than happy to speak with Mr*** if he would contact the corporate office at *** and leave a number where he can be reached during business hoursI attempted to reach him via the number provided me by our corporate office Any issues pertaining to his feelings regarding the onsite staff would best be dealt with in that manner. *** ***Regional Vice PresidentDiamond Management

I am rejecting this response because:
This business is bullying it's customers, I have received no phone calls from them no attempts at contact, so their failed attempts are false, my contact information on my lease agreement is correct and uo to date.I am not arguing what the lease says I will however fight against false information from your employee who neglects correct paperwork to then charge customers later on and act oblivious to wrong doing the office manager is known for scams spindles and tricks by multiple tenants that I have talked to after my problems have started.Now that the Revdex.com is involved I will gladly maintain all communication through them for record keeping purposes so as to not allow any more bullying or strong arm tactics.
