I hired Tim Z to do a bathroom renovation. During the renovation there were issues that arose for example not including me on decisions on where I wanted shower fixtures and when confronted with it his answer was always it’s too late to change it. After he claimed he was finished I examined the bathroom. The bathroom was a mess. The Walls were uneven and patchy. You could see where previous paint had been and it just looked sloppy. Also when I took a shower the water is not going down the drain. Also the shower floor is uneven. I confronted him about this and he offered to come back and fix it. I asked him if he fixed the issue with the shower and he advised me to use a squeegee to push the excess water down every time I shower. There walls were minimally better but still patchy and uneven. When I confronted him about this he was defense and told me the job was 99 percent perfect. As a contractor you should visibly be able to see imperfections in your work and want to make tour customers happy. It just seemed as if he didn’t care and was ready to just move on to the next job. I am in the process now of finding another contractor to correct this work which is going to cost me more money.
