Business Bureau on August 10th, 2015. The letter states that our crews have caused destruction to parts of his property over the past couple of years and that mowers have broken and displaced the conduit running to the hot tub.Mid June 2015, customer called about damage to his fence posts.  Our General Manager (GM) went to the property and met with the customer. Customer demonstrated to him, by acting out a scenario, of how he thinks our employees operate the machines. He did so by running around his yard throwing himself against the fence several times. We discussed with the customer that damages could be due to the trimmer string coming in contact with the posts for several years and agreed to try and avoid the from occurring in the future. We discussed with the customer that this is unavoidable in order to cut all the grass around the post. The customer also stated the conduit running to the hot tub had been damaged the fall before, however;   there was no visible damage at that point because it had been apparently fixed. The only proof damage had occurred was a receipt for material produced by customer.  Our GM assured him that we couldn't have come in contact with the conduit but agreed to stay clear of that area. Six months has passed before this was brought to our attention, therefore there was nothing we could do.The customer also insisted we were slamming his gate open. The GM and customer reviewed the gate situation and both determined damages to the latch and hinges were due to how they were faced. Facing into the wind is what was causing the gate to catch and swing open. The customer agreed that this was possible. We agreed that he would install a washer on the pull string that was connected to the latch, and he would provide a bracing object so it could not blow closed while we were at the property. August 6th, 2015, customer called our office and said that due to the thunder , wind and hail storm the night before our crews hurriedly left his property and the latch broke along with a picket on his fence from when the gate flew open. The GM contacted him as soon as he got the chance, unfortunately he was not able to make contact with the customer before receiving an email with an attached receipt for the latch and the picket.  The Office Manager emailed him back to let him know we apologized that the GM hadn't made it to his property yet, but we would take care of the $7.21 in parts and $10.00 for his labor. This was taken off of his bill.I hope this letter has addressed all of the above concerns.Thank you,T and T Lawn Services
