Review: It was agreed by us and the contractor that the contractor will separate the job into two parts. The contractor has completed the first part, but has failed to come back and complete the second half of the job. We have contacted him via phone calls and text messages on several occasions, but the contractor has failed to respond to both for few weeks. Then, he promised to come back and finish the job on certain date, only to cancel at the last minute saying that he was held up on another job. It has been close to three weeks since then and during that time, we have contacted him couple more times, but he has failed to respond again.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the second part of the job completed immediately and also have him correct few things that he didn't do right on the first part of the job.
