TB Plumbing should not have an A+ rating. It lost accreditation in 2011 with an F rating for failure to respond to complaints submitted through the Revdex.com. I filed a Warrant in Debt in the amount of $5,000 and won the judgment in 2013. This was just a fragment of the costs to repair, correct, and finish bathroom work that Tom B[redacted] performed. He has yet to pay any of the $5,000 judgment against him issued by the Fairfax County General District Court.
