We hired [redacted] for a roofing job. We wanted the old shingles taken off and new shingles put on. We paid for all materials out of pocket and [redacted] charged us $2,000.00 for labor. [redacted] started the job on July 3rd, 2013. On July 5th he asked if we could pay him half of the total cost of $1,000.00 which we did. On July 8th, 2013 [redacted] told us that he was almost finish with the roof, and that he had about 10 feet of ridge cap on the peak of the roof to finish yet, and would be back that afternoon (July 8th, 2013) or the next morning July 9th, 2013 to finish it. He came indoors so that we could pay him in full which we did. We expected [redacted] to come back to finish the job but he has not shown up. We then placed numerous phone calls to [redacted] and he does not answer his phone or return the calls. Then suddenly on July 22nd, he called in the morning and stated that he would be back that afternoon July 22nd, 2013 or at the very latest on July 23rd, 2013 to finish the roof. He never showed up. We then tried contacting him again via phone and also stopped by his other place of employment, Re/Max of Wausau, 1314 Grand Ave., Wausau, WI 54403 and left a message there that we needed to talk to him about finishing our roof job and he did not get back to us. I then tried emailing him and told him that we would contact the Revdex.com in 7 days if we did not hear from him and we have not heard anything from him so we are contacting you.
