this mazda protégé was towed in by another vehicle using a ropethe clutch was completely burnt outwe removed the transmission and replaced the clutch that the customer suppliedafter replacing the clutch we found out why the clutch was burnt up in the first placethe speed manual transmission was broken and they were driving the car with third gear onlyI called the customer and told them the transmission was destroyed and would need replacedthis is when the mother of the girl that owns the car took overthe mother was the one paying for this clutch replacementI had charged her for the clutch replacement only she the mother agreed to pay a additional for a used transmission to replace the broken onewe found a used transmission and installed it only to find out it was no good eitherI then had to remove this one and locate another used speed transmissionwe then installed the second transmission and this fixed the carall along tnb transmission never charged her for any other laborsshe paid for the clutch set install and for a used transmissionthis is all she paid forI covered all the labor for removing the transmission three times and all the fluidsthis job became a nightmare because those people came in threating me that I was ripping them off because the transmission needed replacedI was called names and was threatened to be suedI don't tolerate this and told them to leave and never come back because of there behavior I went far above and beyond to get this car to workI did not charge them for any of the used transmission installstherefore they did not get any type of labor warranties for that jobshe dDi bring back the car with a leakI told her to go somewhere else to get it repaired because of her very bad attitude AND AS OF JAN 1ST TNB TRANSMISSION IS NO LONGER IN OPERATIONCLOSED FOR BUSINESS THANK YOU, BRUCE A N [redacted] OWNER

transmission was broken and they were driving the car with third gear only. I called the customer and told them the transmission was destroyed and would need replaced. this is when the mother of the girl that owns the car took over. the mother was the one paying for this clutch replacement. I had charged her 350 for the clutch replacement only.  she the mother agreed to pay a additional 400 for a used transmission to replace the broken one. we found a used transmission and installed it only to find out it was no good either. . I then had to remove this one and locate another used 5 speed transmission. we then installed the second transmission and this fixed the car. all along tnb transmission never charged her for any other labors. she paid 350 for the clutch set install and 400 for a used transmission. this is all she paid for. I covered all the labor for removing the transmission three times and all the fluids. this job became a nightmare because those people came in threating me that I was ripping them off because the transmission needed replaced.
