As an owner of a small commercial building I called Southern Comform Mechanical to present a bid for instaling a dedicated AC unit for a small commercial kitchen
Operator was easy to reach and efficient, appointment was set up and field technician showed up on time
He inspected the premises, took his time doing so and everything looked promising
Then he never came back with a quote
A month or so later I called againI had not realized I had called the same company until he showed up again
This time we discussed installing split system as opposed to a RTUSplits are WAY easier to install as he said himself
It's been a week now and there's still no quote from them, let alone follcall
Now, if you were me would you be able to squeeze "neutral" rating on this experience or would you go for "negative" too?

And I just wish they had the courage to say "sorry, we're too busy to accomodate you"

After the installation,I had an unusual question with respect to use of the control systems
It took several weeks to find the answer, but the staff there did not stop searching and researching until they found the answer this saved me an enormous amount of time and trouble
