Review: On May **, 2014 , I went to T-Bird Automotive to retrieve Personal Property that was iin the vehicle at the time it was towed. I was charged $80.00. I told the guy who gave us the items that This is not right and I should not be charged for getting my personal items back. He told me he was acting on his bosses request. I gave the 80.00, Because I needed the items and also I need to go and retrieve the car and I also need to get to work. I told him was his boss was doing is against the law. He was going to hold my personal property hostage.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my 80,00
Review: On May **, 2014 I went to T-Bird Automotive to retrieve my personal property that was in my car when it was towed. I was charged a fee of 80.00.for my personal property. I wasn't given any other explanation as to why I am being charged to just redeem my personal items, not the car. Is this legal to be charged for your personal items. I feel that I was charged because I was from out of state and I was scammed.Desired Settlement: 80.00 cash money
