different than what she says, also rather than Arbitrate or try to Resolve this matter in a Civil Fashion they chose to Post Vicious and Slanderous Statements on one of the Worst Sites on the Internet. The Site does not ask for proof or documentation on anything rather lets people post anonymous or public hate filled lies . Once Posted to this site they are virtually impossible to remove-   Further more [redacted] called the Police and filed a False Report and went out of her way to try and Damage a Company with Defamation and Slander and also in doing so viciously attached a person who had absolutely nothing to do with any of this-   Also what isn’t stated here is that all materials where sold at cost to this business and huge discounts where applied to this work as well as a large chunk of the work was done at no charge. The client had no specs for what they wanted or needed just that they wanted Fiber Installed. We sold them Brand New Fiber that wasn’t damaged or broken and came direct from the Distributor and came on a reel and was installed meeting all specs and guidelines and requirement-   Additionally Schedule 40 PVC was installed to protect the fiber and that work was done for materials only with no mark up and no labor to help them out because they went out of there way to tell us they had no money but needed help and needed this installed-   There was no over charging on anything there was no lies or deceit and there allegations have no merit. But what [redacted] and Work House Creative did do was Post A viscous and slanders attach on a Company and also Individuals as well as Defame those parties as well and that will be dealt with with a Law Suit going after them for Damages-   While the Revdex.com is now involved we will be providing all communications with the Revdex.com to our Lawyers as well as all information you send us will go to them. We went through great lengths to take care of this customer even painting the color of some materials to make sure they where happy and undoing and redoing work a few times to make sure our materials meet there office decor and motif-“   Premier Communications Consulting    Cc: Legal  Cc: FASD

I am rejecting this response because: I have all of my documentation and Premier Communications has not been truthful. We have already filed for Small Claims court and Workhouse Creative will be suing for breach of contract. I have statements from the Networking company that has now dropped Premier Communications as a bussiness referrall for their other customers. As well as a statement from the fiber company who came and had to 1. test the fiber that Premier installed 2. Pull the bad fiber that Premier installed and 3. Re install working fiber in just two days with no issues. Premier Communications lied on multiple days saying a representive would show up and fix the issue. There is text message proof of these promises as well as security footage time stamped when Premier Communications failed to show up over a month of requesting resolution. The fact that Premier Communications said that we did not attempt to handle this is in a diplomatic way is false. We left multiple voice mails and asked mulitple times over text messages and emails to have this resolved. When a business does not show up and fix an issue other methods are required and it is my right to use the police, small claims court, the Revdex.com, and the Rip Off Report to help others not be in a financial bind that Premier Communications put our small business in without a finished product. Premier Communications is registered under Brandon R[redacted] but the name of the business owner I was given was Mike. The company that was registered with the Network Cabling Directory was Mike M[redacted]. It is getting to be concerning when there are three different names given for one business owner. I am rejecting this request and have not slandered any business without facts. I will not be threatened by an unethical man and will take all methods in my power to see that a full refund for this injustice is processed in a swiftly manor.
