Review: My rental home was destroyed and needed to be demolished. On 12/31/2014, I requested T-Bone to quote the price and lead time to clear the debris, remove the foundation, remove the garage and its foundation and the driveway. On 1/14/2015, I received a proposal to complete the work. The T-bone crew completed all of the work in February except for the removal of the basement walls. I was told that the remainder of the basement walls would be removed when the weather warmed up. I have discussed the issue with the owner via telephone and e-mailed the owner, but the work has not been completed nor scheduled [that I am aware of].Desired Settlement: The excavation to prepare the site is scheduled for 8/19/2015. If the work cannot be completed by 8/7/15, then I am asking T-bone to refund the amount the excavator charges to remove and dispose of the remainder of the basement walls per the original proposal by T-Bone.
