T C and Son Firewood

To whom it may concern:This letter is in regards to a complaint that was issued to your agency rescently from *** L*** - p.obox ***, *** Springs, Ca *** Phone: ###-###-####On Sept.20,cords of firewood was delivered to the above nameT and C and Son firewood received a call
from a Mr-*** about days after the delivery, he was the father of the above named, he spoke in behalf of *** stating that she only received 1/cords of firewoodHe had no place in this transaction*** placed the order and she paid our company directly, but as a courtesy when Mr*** called, he stated his opinion about the amount his daughter received,which was incorrectNo measurement was stated at any ***e from either party in regards to the final stacking of the wood she received on 9/20/Both parties are stating only that she received 1/cords but not stating how she arrived at that amountCords are measured strictly by measurements according to the Bureau of Weights and Measures agency; not by eye balling nor by guesses. Inspite of the their guessing, our company offered to deliver 1/of a cord to *** to allow for possible air pockets, but the offer was turned down, purchaser did not agreeMr*** became irate, *** stated that for this reason she would cut the conversation, and ended it by saying; "have a great day, good bye." Tand Cand Son delivered complete cords of eucalyptus firewood, each cord measuring at 4x4x8=cu feetOur delivery trailer measures 5x10xwhich holds exactly cords at ***ePlease remove this complaint.(mobile) Tand Cand Son firewood###-###-####owners *** & *** ***
