I am very disappointed with TC Auto Sales responseIt appears he is trying to misrepresent the factsMy original call to the business was not to repair the car from not runningIt was for the smoking under the hoodWhich he never repairedAt this point I am convinced he was operating unscrupulouslyI do realize the car is old and I did not expect him to make it new again but I did expect him to do as he was asked and stop the car from smokingFor him to continue to send the car home with me stating it is repaired and will not smoke anymore is wrongEither he didn't know what he was doing or he was operating under bad business practicesFrom his response it seems like bad businessThe other option is he has too many people working in his shop and he doesn't know what is going onEven in that case it is bad businessIn either case, I expect to be reimbursed and am pursuing legal action

belt. Replaced the timing belt and the car was no running. Noticed it had a bad radiator and the transmission pan was leaking. Replaced the radiator and trans pan gasket. Mrs. [redacted] picked car up and brought it back and [redacted] said the power steering line was now leaking. Mrs. [redacted] told [redacted] she was going to report to the Revdex.com, I told her I was sorry the car needed more repairs but I can't make a 17 year old car new again with a few repairs. We have been in business for 42 years and never had a complaint with the Revdex.com. Mrs. [redacted] doesn't understand the car is 17 years old with over 140,000 miles on it and needs many repairs.

I am very disappointed with TC Auto Sales response. It appears he is trying to misrepresent the facts. My original call to the business was not to repair the car from not running. It was for the smoking under the hood. Which he never repaired. At this point I am convinced he was operating unscrupulously. I do realize the car is old and I did not expect him to make it new again but I did expect him to do as he was asked and stop the car from smoking. For him to continue to send the car home with me stating it is repaired and will not smoke anymore is wrong. Either he didn't know what he was doing or he was operating under bad business practices. From his response it seems like bad business. The other option is he has too many people working in his shop and he doesn't know what is going on. Even in that case it is bad business. In either case, I expect to be reimbursed and am pursuing legal action.
