Review: On February 4, 2013 [redacted] agreed to rent a room to my son. She requested I deposit $500 into [redacted] account #[redacted] held by [redacted]. Unfortunately [redacted] did not approve the home and on February 25, 2013 she agreed to send me a refund. I have spoken with her and her partner, [redacted], who have both promised to send the refund, but have failed to do so.Desired Settlement: Resolution would require a full refund.
