T & C Complete Pool Systems

We called the business and requested assistance with a fiberglass pools that was leaking. The business sent out two individuals whom they referred to as pool specialists. They said they had to check the pressure in the pool and proceeded to dismantle one of the jets, (which they took with them and never replaced), and they broke the pressure valve for the jets on the side of the pool which they promised to replace. They maintained that they didn't have a replacement part in their vehicle presently, but that they would be back with the replacement part. This all took place on the 4th of February 2014. We were never afforded an invoice, they maintained that they would furnish the invoice when they came out with the replacement part that they had broken. I then wrote then a check for $600.00 which has been cashed by T&C Complete Pool Systems, LLC. After 2 weeks had passed and there was no effort to replace the part taken and the part they destroyed, I contacted the business and they promised to have the "pool specialists" return with the replacement parts the following Wednesday when they were scheduled to service the Seguin area. No one showed.......I called them again, amnd was told they would be out the next week........again no one showed. Two more calls were placed to the business from me. My wife placed the last call advising them to contact us and make this right or else we would be writing complaints Revdex.com, to Home Advisor.com and Angies List. This last call was never responded to and at this point they refuse to answer any of our calls.
