Review: On 11/7/2013 I purchased a Kirby Sentria 2 from [redacted] and 2 others. I signed a contract and was given a certificate of ownership. On December 3, 2013, [redacted] came to get the vaccuum saying I was not approved. She said she'd bring a replacement but didn't leave either vaccuum, when I carried the new one to her car. She said she'd bring one, the next day. It is December 16, 2013 and she has not replaced my vaccuum I traded in. When I asked for contract that I be given a vaccuum to replace the one I gave in trade for the vaccuum I signed a contract to buy.

to be cancelled all she did was write across bottom of contract and printed her name.
