I am responding to the claim filed against Texas Auto Choice
LLC on 3/[redacted]14 by [redacted] at 9:45pm. The ID assigned is [redacted]
The buyer contacted us and told us she wanted us to buy...
her
car. It took us 2 hours to get to her and she was quoted $500.00-$1,000.00 for
her vehicle based off of the information given to us at the time.
We made sure the customer was are prior to coming to her
house that there would be a fee if she decided not to sell the car once we arrived.
We told the customer we would arrive between 6:00 pm-10:00
pm due to how far her location was.
Customer had no objection to these conditions prior to us
coming.

I was told that they would arrive by 5 pm at the latest, not between 6 and 10. I was also told he would give me 1000 for my car. I also asked if there were any fees and was told no. Once again, the name given and number provided are different then what we were provided. I just want others to be able to know what to expect if they choose to work with these people. I have saved all texts and communication that I had with them that verifies my story and not theirs.
