I returned a curtain rod on 07/12/13 for a refund. I called customer service and they issued me a return authorization number ([redacted]), told me to package the item I wanted to return and that I would receive a refund to my original form of payment as soon as it was processed. They received my item on 07/15/13 and I have provided them with the tracking number to confirm it. It has been over a month since they received my item and I still have not received a refund. I have called several times and was told by [redacted] and [redacted] that they would call me back to confirm that my refund was processed but I never received a call back. On my final attempt to call them, on, 08/13/13, I left a very detailed voice mail and still have not received a call back, email and/or my refund. It also cost me $24.85 to return the item, using the cheapest method, which is ridiculous! Such a big company and they don't even have prepaid return labels?!?! They received my item on 07/15/13. The customer service is HORRIBLE and I will NEVER shop with this company again!
