August 26, 2012 signed Contract for siding, soffit, fascia,and roof extentions. $8000.00 paid upfront, and in October of 2012 an additional $2330.00 was paid to him for additional work he claimed needed to be done, replacement of boards on side of house under siding, porch repair and electric meter box and panel to be replaced. As of today, April 4, 2013 my house still is not finished. Porch was never repaired, electric work never started and siding on one side of house is not installed. Also, only have partial soffit, and no fascia. He never returns calls and will periodically call stating he is coming or dropping off supplies, etc... but never shows. He has called me several times in a hostile manner. He also took the box of coil for fascia and one full box of siding out of my garage without my permission and now there is not enough product to complete the job. After the last hostile phone conversation on 4/3/13, I told him not to return and I did not want to hear from him unless it was to pay me back for the jobs he never completed.I have photos to prove the lack of progress to date. I have also logged daily details of no show, no call etc...
