Horrible customer service. My employer and I have been trying to get pricing and the sales rep, ***, is just a horrible human. Has no information to give at all, has no manners on how to speak to people. Straight out told us to go elsewhere. What company doesn't want a prospect paying customer? We weren't asking for free items or samples. We know the product so we want to buy and in volume quantity. When you call, apparently *** is the only person who exists in this company. She's not helpful at all, keeps telling you to call her the next day just for the same run around. Hung up on us numerous times. Disgraceful business just because of one insignificant person thinking they run the world. In the attachment, you can see where I had to call multiple times because she kept hanging up on me. So unprofessional and rude. Never would I do that to one of my customers.
