This is the first time I have received any thing from you concerning this matter
*** hired me to re-level her mobile home and to get the squeaks out of her floorI told *** the best way to get the squeaks out was to do it from the top,
which would require the flooring taken up, she didn't like that ideaI told her that re-leveling the home should help the problem and I would do my best to get the squeaks outI never promised her that the re-level would definitely solve the problem
We went underneath her home and tighten all the bolts and lagsI never told her the job would take four hours, most re-levels take a half hour to an hour and it took us a hour and a half to complete the job because all the bolts and lags where very loose
I was in the house with *** and both of us walked back and forth where she sad the squeaks were and there was no squeaks or poppingShe was satisfied with the jobI then went out to write her a receipt for the work that was done and the receipt did say re-level mobile home and took out squeaks
In ***'s desired resolution she states that she does not want to deal with meI willing to reimburse her $It's not my fault that she apparently didn't known where the squeaks where in her own house

*** came to my home on May 3rd, to give me a free estimate & to see exactly what the problem was that I am having with my floorsHe told my grandson & me that the house needed to be re-leveled & it would solve the problem of the floors squeaking & poppingThis is why I hired him & I believed him that it would solve the problemHe assured me before I hired him the re-level would solve my problem
*** did not mention anything about the best way of getting the squeaks out was to do it from the top, which would require having to take the flooring upHe did not mention this as an apparent cause of my problem or give me any estimate of how much that would cost
I am not satisfied with the work *** did that is why my daughter called him the next dayHe was rude to her & he wasn't willing to come back until it was convenient for him to do soWe never heard back from himWhen I talked to *** here in the park & told him we are still having the same problemsHe told me that he needed to have his son with him to fix the problem & he would come backWe never heard from himI am very dissatisfied with the work *** did & I wonder if he & his son did the job properlyI wonder why the squeaking & popping have returned to the same areas that he supposedly fixedI really regret hiring *** this is my home & when something goes wrong you hire somebody to fix what is wrongYou put a lot of trust into what they tell you & you expect them to be true of their wordI have never had this unfortunate experience before & it just makes me sickWhen you step on the floors where they were supposed to be fixed & they still squeak & pop all you can think of is I paid $for whatEveryone that comes over asks why the floors still do this after you paid to have it fixed
I want my money back because *** told me that the re-level would solve my problem & it did not solve my problemHis business card states over years experience***'s son did the re-level & his son is too young to have over years experience

It wasn't May when I gave *** the estimate because she told me at that time it would take her three to four weeks to get the moneyPm not sure of the date, but when I returned home I told my wife that the re-level may not happen because she doesn't have the moneyOnce again I never assured *** the re-level would fix the squeaksI told her that the re-level should help the problem and I would do my best to get the squeaks out of her floorI have never guaranteed anyone that I could take out all their squeaksI told *** the best way was to take up the flooring or when she gets new flooring*** did not ask how much it would cost to do that and I'm not a carpet person and I wouldn't know what it would cost*** and I kept walking many times over the spots she said where squeaking and when my son was done we did not hear any squeaksMy son finished the job and got out from under the mobile home and *** and myself kept walking back and forth and we heard a squeak, so I had my son go back underneath the mobile home and fix itMy son then came inside the mobile home to make sure the squeaks where out and they were***'s mobile home is one of the oldest mobile homes in the park and all the bolts and lags where looseMy son has plus years experience and when doing this type of work you need one person on top and one person underneath the mobile homeI saw *** several weeks later and all,she said was there is still a squeak in the dining roomI don't believe I talked to her daughter the next day because it was Sunday and I usually turn my phone off and I made the deal with *** not herMy business cards says years of experience not Now she doesn't want me to come back to see if there really is a problemThe re-level was in May and she is writing to Revdex.com to complain three and half months later
I did not force *** to write me a check, see was satisfied with the jobwrote the receipt after she wrote the checkIt says releveled mobile home and took out squeaks, pd ck 899, and she took her copy of the receiptI also gave her a break on the amount, I usually charge $
I received the business response letter from the Revdex.com on Sept12, and I sent *** a check for !on Sept

I first contacted *** by phone on Friday 4/24/at 4:P.MI told him my floors squeak & pop really badly in certain areas of the houseHe told my home needed to be re-leveled & it would take care of the problemI asked him how much he charges he said $I asked him if he took payments he said no he wants the money up frontOn Friday 5/1/at 4:P.M., I called *** & told him that I had the money & I asked him when he could come to my house to check out the problem with the squeaking & popping of my floors*** told me that he would come out during the week I told him that I can't miss workI gave him my daughter's cell phone number she would be here & she would show him what the problems areAt 4:P.M., *** called back he said that he would come on Sunday 5/3/because he wanted me to be hereOn Sunday 5/3/at 10:A.M., *** called & said he was on his way it would take about minutes because he lives in VisaliaWhen *** got here he came in & I showed exactly what was going on & I told him that I wanted my floors to quit squeaking & poppingWhen *** was at my house he did not mention anything about the best way of getting the squeaks out was to do it from the top, which would require having to take the flooring upHe did not mention this as an apparent cause of my problem or give me any estimate of how much that would costThe only solution mentioned was the re-level would solve my problemI told *** that I definitely wanted my floors to quit squeaking & poppingOn 5/9/*** called my daughter's cell phone to say they were on the wayOn 5/10/my daughter did call *** because I was too upset to call himIf necessary we can look at her cell phone records to prove that she did call ***
I received a letter & check in the mail on 9/14/He was here for hours & made $It takes me days at hours to make $With my income this was an extreme expense to pay for his serviceA $hardly seems fair to meHe should refund $& keep the $for himself even though he deceived meIf *** had to live in my house & have to put up with the squeaky floors, then he might feel bad for misleading meI really feel like I have been taken advantage of & that is not right$really doesn't do much to help meI have to live in this house & put up with the floors & it is very annoyingNow it is much more annoying since they should have been fixed & they weren'tAnybody in business should care about their reputation, their customers & take pride in their workAnd most certainly not mislead them & take their hard earned money & do work for them anyway knowing what they did wasn't going to workI am complaining because *** had two opportunities to come back to my house & he never contacted meAfter reading ***'s response now can I really see how *** misled me into thinking that the re-level would solve the problem of my floors squeaking & popping? ***'s son did not come inside my house after he was done; he went straight to the truck*** said that his son had a hangover & should have known better because he this job to doI did consider putting a stop payment on the check, but it had already been cashed
This unfortunate experience has been stressful & very upsetting
