Review: I'm from Baltimore. MD, and was in Charlottesville VA for my high school class reunion on 7/12. I had gone in the nail salon to get a pedicure, and manicure. I had to wait for one of the females workers to help me , being there were mostly male workers , but I'm assuming they would not service me. This is a service I get all the time at my salon in MD, so I'm familiar with the process, and the time. The entire process must have taken 20 min at he most, and , it's normally a 40 to 45 min process, if not an hour. The young lady was not sociable, and short to every question I had. Once she was done with my pedicure she ask me to set in her chair for the manicure which took less than 8min to do. She clipped my nails filed a little, put some cream on them and asked me to wash my hands. I did that came back to my seat, and I noticed she was at another station working on a new client that just came in. A few min later a guy came up to me to tell me I'm done, I had no idea because the young lady never said she was done, nor did she say thank you. Plus I knew the process and nothing was none right. I left the shop to come back and complain that same day within 30 min. I talked to gone same young lady and she act as if she did want to help me. She did a few things and said that's it and never again thank me. The polish she put on the 2nd time I went back after I had to tell her what to do came off the next day. I then called today 7/14 to speak with the manger and the person who answered the phone ask me several questions like where I was calling from, and why I was calling. I said I want to speak to the manager about a complaint. He asked why? I said let me speak to the manager. He said he was the manager after first telling me he had to get the manger to the phone. He then hung upon me, and I called back. When I called back he said it may have been a mistake why he hung up on me. I explained my situation to him and he said there was nothing he could do for me , that I had to drive back to VA, from MD 4 hours so he could see my receipt before he could help me. I the asked for the owner's name, and # and he refused to give it to me. I continue to call him for the info and he refuse, and said there is nothing they can do for me unless I come back into the salon. The he said if I call again he would call the police on me. He also told me I should go to my bank to get my money of $35.00 back,Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $35.00 back, and apology from the owner.

First I like to say I could not find the T & C Nails that I used the one I used was in Auburn Mass 385 Southbridge StAuburn, MA XXXXX(XXX) XXX-XXXXI went to have my daughter and my nails done on Friday May 17th around 8:30pm I had a full set put on along with my daughter. I called to complain to them that they did a bad job on both of our nails they were not all cut the same the paint was not put on even or all the way down, they hang over. On my daughter's french manicure its coming off and she had to glue the tips down again. They would not refund my money of 125.00 plus I gave 20.00 for a tip. I asked to be refunded for it and they would not. There was no sign saying they don't refund money. When I was on the phone with them they hung up the first time the second time they said blah blah blah they don't have time to listen. The are insulted I called I said I was insulted for not caring about their customers and willing to do something for me. I find it insulting that I am paying them to do my nails and they don't talk to you they sit on the phone and talk or talk to others in their language. They have time to take personal calls they need time to listen to their customers. I would like something out of this it was a lot of money and I don't do it often at all it was a special occasion. To be in business you should be friendly to your customers.thank youMandyDesired SettlementI would like the $120.00 that I paid to have our nails done $20.00 for the tip I gave and $20.00 for the gas to go out there. Went in for a manicure and pedicure ma issuer is suppose to last about 2 weeks lasted 24 hours!I went into t&c nails on 07/03/2014 to have a manicure and pedicure as a treat and to be festive for the 4th of July. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The manicure was bad from the start and I should of left the first 4 colors I wanted they didn't have they couldn't find the polish because the numbers weren't in order the right way. So then I chose a different color and while doing the manicure the guy was too busy watching tv and not paying attention a few times when he was suppose to be scrapping my cuticles completely missed and it hurt because he was watching tv his attention wasn't on my manicure. I then wanted a sparkly red for myDesired SettlementI want my $50.00 dollars back since less than 48 hours went back and they refused to fix the poor job they did on my nails and didn't care to make me a happy customer! It is your right to expect a courteous, respectful and professional staff. Thank you for taking the time to help us identify a problem with our personnel. We value your input and will take this incident as a learning experience. To resolve this situation the manager has decided to refund $50.00 which we will mail to you.
