I'm posting this to save other people wasted timeFor weeks while attempting to do business with this Company I got the compete run around from both Robin and the " Office Manager" BrittanyThey both love to use the old excuse of their email responses etc must have gone to my junk mail folder...multiple times each! Nope ladies nothing thereFinally to stop my daily phone calls to follow up with them they told me my insurance companies offer was the best I was going to get and to take itGlad I knew better and hired someone local for $less than their price short week later we just got an offer to settle for $more than what they said was the best offer I'd getNotice they don't provide review ** on their page or **- it's to protect them from the poor reviewsDon't waste your time!
I worked with PatrickHe was committed to getting the fairest and highest value for my totaled vehicle, going above and beyond what was required of himTwice, the insurer's appraiser tried to close the negotiation, attempting to involve an umpire - which would have cost me additional money, and removed Patrick and I from the equationPatrick helped me in knowing what to say to the insurer to keep the process moving in a direction that was favorable to meUltimately we got the vehicle valued at a rate nearly $5,above the insurer's initial figure
This company used bad comps (private sale, out of my state, did not have my vehicle's upgrades and no value was added..), and despite telling me I would be able to review the comps, they contacted my insurance company beforehandOn top of this, they said everything is legally set in stone because they can't undo the negotiations that they never should have had in the first place! We'll see about thatA horrible man works there, Patrick, and I would never wish a conversation with him on my worst enemyI don't know how anyone can live with that amount of disrespect and ill-tempered subjectiveness in his lifeSuch a negative person! Ugh!! He wouldn't even let me finish a sentence for god's sake
