[redacted] of TC Rustics took payment in full to build a dresser and a daybed. Agreement was made bed would be built in 30 days. He robbed us.
On August 12 2013 [redacted] of TC Rustics made an agreement to build a daybed and a dresser. The agreement was that the furniture would be paid for in full in advance to expedite the build. At the time that was agreed upon in early September [redacted] was contacted to arrange pick up of furniture. He replied it was not completed yet. Two weeks later he was contacted again. This time he said the day bed was built and only needed to be sprayed for completion. The dresser was still not started but he could have the daybed ready for delivery the following Sunday or Wednesday. He assured us he would call the day before to arrange pick up. This was the last time that we were able to speak to [redacted]. He has since refused to return our calls or answer the phone. I have sent a truck to his facility to pick up furniture to not get a response. I have left multiple messages only to not be responded to. My wife suffers from MS which makes her mobility limited and the agreement that existed was between her myself and mr [redacted] to get this bed built as soon as possible for my daughter. This business has stolen a total of 1680 USD from my family who already suffers from the expenses from medical conditions. He has refused to answer phone calls, letters, or any attempt to be contacted. He has refused return the money that he took and we have a receipt that shows the merchandise has been paid in full. He did not build the furniture, he will not return the money that he took for the job. He has taken advantage of a person who has a disability and shown morals and ethics of a scam artist (terrorist).
