Purchased tires. Misrepresented the warranty, and now will not address the issue.

I visited their location to purchase tires. Was shown Goodyear Wrangler HP XXX XX XX and was told by the owner it had a 60,000 mile rating. Looked at other tires but chose this one as it had that warranty. Purchased the tires and was later checking only to find this tire DOES NOT have a 60,000 mile rating. Have called [redacted] the owner multiple times who will not take my calls; they just put me on hold.
