problem stated in this copy of letter sent 11/5/12

"I have given your Company ample time to address my complaints to you via the telephone. You have done NOTHING to make me think you back your work. About a year and a half ago my neighbor, *Word Rejected[redacted], recommended your Company to me. I trust *Word Rejected[redacted] and know him to be a highly skilled contractor. My experience with your company is not what I expected from *Word Rejected*s recommendation.

This July you came to do your annual maintenance of my AC system. Per your contract you were to test the Freon pressure and top-off if needed. Several times your staff mentioned how overworked your technicians were during this peak seasonal period. Less than a month later my system shut down and you were called. You charged $149.97 to top off the Freon again. Yet, you could not find any reason for the leak.

I must conclude that either due to your time constraints of the first call you either did not test the Freon level or you actually inadvetently did something to hurt the functioning system.

There is a check for $149.47 attached. I suggest your file your finance charges under the category “[redacted]”. I consider this payment a Duplicate Charge for SHODDY Work."
