I ordered an Sterling Silver Celtic Cross Pendant three weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Owner won't answer phone or e-mail back.
I ordered a Sterling Silver Celtic Cross Pendant on May 26, 2013. I have tracked it using the tracking number from the USPS and all it will tell me is that the electronic information was received. I paid $29.99 for the Pendant and I am very upset with this company. the owner, Mr. [redacted], will not answer the phone when I call the number listed of the Revdex.com, which is (XXX) XXX-XXXX. the item number for this item is HCC-wg8467. I have call him multiple times and he will not answer nor will he reply to any of my emails. The USPS tracking number for this item is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I would like for my PURCHASED item to be delivered to me.
