We sold a *** *** to *** *** 7/13/Assisted with shipping, she was very happy at first, left us positive feedbackAfter week of driving, she started having issues with instrumental cluster, I asked my mechanic, he said it must be a switch, we offered her new switch at our
expense, after while she said everything is fixed now and her mechanic charged her $and we have to make it right...meanwhile all her calls/texts where very rude and mean and mostly done after-hours (8-9PM) saying "I will pursue action through *** and truck is too expensive and l want $back".From our perspective view it's just what's called "Buyers Remorse"We don't feel that we done anything wrong.Best Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:The seller is not telling the truth. None of these things worked from the moment I received the car, and I let them know about the problems as I discovered them (within 4 days of delivery, 2 of which it was in a local shop getting inspected). They knew about the dimmer switch and offered to send me the switch- I suppose they expected me to try to install it myself? My texts were neither rude nor mean - I have screenshots of them all. Bottom line - the car was not as they advertised it, and I need to be made whole.

Review: I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country Limited van from this company. In the listing it stated that the vehicle came with a remote. At the time of purchase I was told that they did not have one and I would have one mailed to my home address. It has been just a little over 2 months since I purchased the vehicle and still no remote. Also, after reviewing the car fax, the car fax that was given to me compared to the one I see online does not match up with the number of records. I feel the individual who sold me the van may some how deleted records just so the vehicle would sell. I also made phone calls and never got called back, especially after I was told one thing and never received the remote and also driving around my son in a vehicle that may not be safe because someone may have tampered with the carfax.Desired Settlement: I would like the remote that I was promised, so that I do not have to take more money out of my pocket and I would like to receive the real carfax with the 24 records instead of 19 records that I was given at the time of purchase.

Review: I purchased this vehicle on [redacted] on October 26, 2014 and picked up the vehicle on November 1, 2014. I drove the vehicle for less than 100 miles before the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to a mechanic who inspected the exhaust system and found the catalytic converter to be bad and that it was not a spontaneous fault that occurred right after I took delivery of the vehicle. The advertisement for the vehicle stated "there is nothing defective about this vehicle" when clearly the seller concealed the exhaust issue. I contacted the seller to explain the situation and he dismissed me entirely saying he would call me back but never did.Desired Settlement: I am asking for reimbursement of the cost of repairs to the exhaust system which is replacement of catalytic converter.

November 13, 2014To Whom it May Concern:Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us.We certainly understand costumer frustration.At the time of the purchase, on November 1, the buyer checked the car and had a test drive.Everything ran good and there were no any warning lights on the dashboard. He also had rights to go to any mechanical shop for further checkup. Three days later (on November 4) after customer purchased the car he contacted the dealer with the problem with exhaust system and asked for reimbursement.Unfortunately, this car was sold "as is", without a warranty. That means the seller has no obligation to fix any problem that may arise.There are all required paperwork exist from the Seller such as notarized vehicle Title, Bill of Sale with indication that the car sold "As Is".Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.Sincerely,T Car Care Inc.
