Mr*** purchased an mpdownload bundle of a song titled "A Mother's Song"This is a song that I have been selling worldwide for years from my official website, www.tcartermusic.comThe mpis delivered in a song zip folder bundleThe following day Mr*** contacted T Carter Music via email and stated that his download did not work properly and that my business was a "scam." I quickly replied to help by reassuring him that my download files do not contain any viruses or errors and that the file link he had been given was the same link destination that everyone gets and have gotten for the last years without complaintI also followed up with a mpdownload link from a different source (***) to help this customer in case his firewall protection was inadvertently blocking the downloadIn addition to this, I have requested information that would allow me to help him with any issues he may have hadI have not heard any feedback from Mr*** since the initial complaint and I have not heard back in regards to the additional download links and help I have provided for himT Carter Music takes pride in customer support and works hard to make sure all customers get what they have paid for and that they are satisfied with our customer care
